Dr. Fincher is wonderful!! Dr. Fincher and his staff are fantastic. They put you at ease at once. AND I have had a terrible fear of dentist due to childhood experience. Dr. Fincher has never caused me pain. Can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve been a client since the beginning of his practice.

Dr Fincher is a super fantastic Dentist with great bedside manners. I would like to thank him for such a stress and painless experience, although I had a sleepless night and was a little nervous the night before my procedure. I can truly say my experience was pain free. For that I nominate him, Dentist of the year! You are the best hands down.

How does All-on-4 works?

The All-on-4 Technique

Your jaws are prepared, IV Sedation is administered,  teeth are extracted. Then Dr. Fincher places four implants into the jaw. Two vertical implants are put into the the front. Then two more implants are angled in the back of the jaw. A temporary fixed bridge to the abutments and implants and most patients can walk out of our office with a permanent fixed temporary bridge. A new confident  smile is ready to eat any food you have been missing.  The posterior implants is tilted in order to avoid the sinuses. Bone grafting often is not necessary and engage more dense bone to ensure immediate loading!

What To Expect

During Treatment

The first step is to ensure the patient is comfortable by using IV sedation so you can be completely relaxed.

Once you are settled in, Dr. Fincher can now extract the problem teeth that are loose, decayed or damaged.

Dr. Fincher will place two implants at the back of the jaw for best contact with bone tissue and to avoid bone grafting. Then he will place two implants vertically in the front of the jaw. All-on-4 dental implants in Mississippi are a permanent solution to missing teeth. Dr Todd Fincher, DDS can replace your dentures with a fixed arch of teeth.

The last step is the attachment of the permanent fixed temporary bridge that you wear while your implants moulds with your jaw.  Once attached, feel free to eat most foods you have been missing out on.

After three to six months, the final permanent implant bridge can be attached. Dr Fincher uses the highest quality materials that will last the longest. The reason for the 3-6 months is because we want to ensure that the implants are successful and the gums are resting well.
