Meet Dr. Todd Fincher

A native of Greenwood, Dr. Fincher opened his private dental practice in 1986 after attending dental school at Louisiana State University and serving as a clinical professor at the Mississippi Delta Community College. Together with his nurse anesthesiologist, Dr. Fincher has also implemented a unique form of intravenous (IV) conscious sedation that helps patients achieve a relaxing state without negative side effects of anesthesia and a quicker recovery.
